Report material
If you believe an app, listing, screenshot, or other material on AppUnbound infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right, email hello@appunbound.com. Put “Copyright notice” in the subject and include:
- your full legal name, contact email, and authority to act for the rights holder;
- a description of the protected work or right;
- the exact AppUnbound URL and enough detail for us to identify the material;
- a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law;
- a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, plus your electronic signature.
We acknowledge a complete notice, preserve the relevant records, investigate promptly, and may disable access while we do so. We notify the affected developer unless prohibited by law or necessary to prevent harm.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, reply to our notice with your name and contact details, the removed material and its former URL, why removal was mistaken, the statements required by applicable law, and your electronic signature. We review counter-notices and may restore material when the claimant does not begin legal action within the applicable period.
Repeat infringement and urgent reports
We may suspend repeat infringers and permanently remove unlawful or dangerous material. For malware, exposed credentials, or an immediate safety risk, write “URGENT” in the subject. This process does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
